مسیر سبز (به انگلیسی: The Green Mile) فیلمی است به کارگردانی فرانک دارابونت و محصول سال 1999 شرکت آمریکایی برادران وارنر است که بر اساس رمانی از استیون کینگ ساخته شده‌است و در آن تام هنکس در نقش پل اجکام و مایکل کلارک دانکن در نقش جان کافی بازی می‌کنند.برخلاف استقبال منتقدین و مردم فیلم مورد کم‌لطفی جشنواره‌های هالیوود حتی اسکار قرار گرفت اما به مرور زمان محبوبیتش زیاد شد و اکنون در وبگاه بانک اطلاعات اینترنتی فیلم‌ها (IMDB) جزو صد فیلم برتر سینما محسوب می‌شود.مسیر همچنین یک موفقیت در گیشه بود و موفق شد نزدیک به 300 میلیون دلار فروش کند در حالی که بودجه ساختش تنها 60 میلیون دلار بود.

در مراسم اسکار سال 2000 این فیلم نامزد چهار اسکار شد (بهترین فیلم، بهترین بازیگر نقش مکمل مرد، بهترین فیلمنامه، بهترین فیلمبرداری) اما هیچ‌کدام از آنها را به دست نیاورد و بیشتر این جوایز را به رقیب اصلی خود در آن سال یعنی زیبای آمریکایی باخت.

داستان فیلم در یک زندان در آمریکا می‌گذرد و دربارهٔ پل اجکام (تام هنکس) است که به علت کهولت سن در خانه سالمندان است و او پس از دیدن صحنه‌ای رقص از فیلمی به گریه می‌افتد وپس از این اتفاق او به بیان بخشی از خاطرات خود برای دوستش الین در زمان خدمت در پلیس می‌پردازد. اجکام در سال 1935 در زندان مسئول گروه اعدام کنندگان بوده و در آنجا با یک سیاهپوست درشت اندام و خوش قلب به نام جان کافی (مایکل کلارک دانکن) آشنا می‌شود که قدرتی خارق‌العاده دارد و به واسطه آن اجکام را از درد و بیماری رها می‌کند. این زندانی متهم به قتل فجیع دو دختر بچه بود، پل به تدریج دریافت که جان نه تنها سنگدل نبوده بلکه از نیرویی عجیب و شفابخش نیز سرشار بوده‌است.
